I've been part of Berks Financial since 2015 and am proud to work alongside my father, Rick Speicher, CFP®, as part of a father-daughter planning team. Together, we help individuals and families feel confident about their financial future.

Before joining the firm, I graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC with a B.S. in Production Management in Apparel. After working in the garment district for two years, I realized that wasn't the path I wanted to follow. Finance had always interested me, so when Rick offered me the chance to learn the business, I knew it was an opportunity I couldn't pass up.

Over the years, I've earned my securities registrations (Series 6, 63, 65, and 7) and my life insurance license. In 2024, I proudly achieved my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification.

Outside the office, I'm happiest spending time with my husband, Justin, and our son, Hendrik—along with two dogs and a flock of chickens that add plenty of fun to the mix. Whether enjoying simple moments at home or exploring the community, I believe balance is key—both in life and in financial planning.
